The didn't come until the next day and the solution was for them to wash it. In addition, the pull out couch, which is critical to account for how many people the condo accommodates per the website listing, was broken. There was NO remediation provided by Vacasa on this. It is clear they are managing the property only for their financial benefit and not to live up to the promises made on the website. ##### Michelle H.
