Sitting directly on Killington's Great Eastern Trail with ski-in/ski-out access (weather permitting) via the Skyeship Gondola, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers the ultimate mountain retreat. Thoughtfully rebuilt with NYC-inspired design, it features a fully equipped chef's kitchen with upscale appliances, perfect for group meals. The spacious living area includes an oversized wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. Head to the game room for pool, foosball, or unwind in the soothing cedar sauna. Outside, the private hot tub on the deck (hot tub fee applies mid-March to mid-December) sits within snowball range of the trail, creating a perfect après-ski experience while you take in the views. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates. • Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement. • Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless. • Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines. • Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property. • Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house. • Check-In/Out: Smart lock door codes will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out. While we offer some flexibility with check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings, guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. • Smoking Policy: The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house. • Cameras: For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas. • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. It is laid out well for large groups. I would not describe it as luxury, run of the mill would describe the trim level best. The phrase “rode hard and put up wet” comes to mind when describing the condition, not that it should stop anyone from renting but just dont expect a 5 star property. Everything worked that we used, kitchen and family room was great for our group of 3 families. Fireplace is surprisingly small for a ski house but it is functional and there was plenty of good wood. Location is prime time. The walk to the trail is about 50’. Check in/out is very easy. We would rent this property again. ##### Bobby F. The hot tub was a great end of the day. It was serviced daily and has a great view. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels etc. My only criticism was there were not enough glassware and flatware. We ended up purchasing solo cups. For a house this large 6 coffee cups is inadequate. All in all a super place to stay very close to the gondola. ##### Troy G.
