Belonging to the Sunrise Mountain Village, Killington's finest slope-side community, this condo includes access to several community amenities, including a shared hot tub and tennis courts. With a great ski-in/ski-out location, this condo is also only one mile to Killington Mountain Resort's Bear Mountain base lodge, just over three miles to the Skyship base lodge, and six miles to the K1, Snowshed, and Ramshead base lodges. For even more mountain fun, head 11 miles northwest to Pico Mountain.

A cozy space with all the home essentials to keep you comfortable, this condo is the perfect retreat at the end of a thrilling day on the nearby slopes. Place your ski boots by the door and settle in beside a warm fire in the living area.

Unwind with a favorite cable series or DVD on the room's 39-inch television (one of three TVs in this condo). Other entertainment options include a stereo and WiFi. Pull back the curtains leading onto the outdoor deck and, if you're lucky enough to visit during the fall, witness the vibrant yellow, orange, and red hues painted across the valley.

Cook a fresh bowl of chili or any other hearty meal in the full kitchen, which offers all the cooking equipment to get the job done efficiently. Lay out pre-meal snacks on the kitchen's countertops to hold your group over, then move to the four-seat dining table when the main course is served.

When the weather calls for it, enjoy al fresco dining on the outdoor deck. After breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the dishwasher will take care of cleanup.

Modestly furnished with items like reading lamps, nightstands, dressers, and even skylights and a 32-inch TV in the primary, the bedrooms are quiet and peaceful places in which to get plenty of rejuvenating sleep. There are also two bathrooms.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer for freshening up your ski wardrobe, and a spacious basement with a TV alongside comfy couch, armchair seating, and an extra twin trundle bed.

In the morning, kickstart another day of adventures with a fresh-brewed cup of coffee from the coffeemaker. During the winter, you could easily ski out on the Sunrise Sundog ski trail, then head to Killington Road (five miles north) for apres-ski dinner and drinks in the heart of town. In other seasons, you could go fishing or canoeing at Kent Pond (nine miles northwest), Chittenden Reservoir (22 miles northwest), or Lefferts Pond (22 miles northwest), or take a hike in the surrounding Green Mountains. Just 20 miles west, Rutland is known for its museums, dining options, and entertainment venues, so visit its quaint downtown on a fun day trip.

Enjoy access to Falls Brook Commons, a private sports center facility at Sunrise Mountain Village. After an exciting day of hiking or skiing, relax and enjoy the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, or steam room. The outdoor hot tub is available for use all year round. The Sports Center is closed for maintenance until Memorial Day weekend, 2023. There are also three outdoor tennis courts, plus a firepit (by reservation only). All outdoor amenities are available.

Amenity availability is controlled by Sunrise, not Vacasa. As such, please visit Sunrise's website for details regarding amenities. Children under the age of 12 must be chaperoned by an adult for all activities.
This property does not have air-conditioning. It's actually quite rare to find air-conditioning in Vermont properties. Please utilize fans in the property and/or open windows for a breeze.

We ( Me, wife and daughter ) arrived approximately a half an hour after our check-in time and the cleaners were still in the unit. We were told it would be another 15 minutes, however it was more like an hour. We let the host know and they apologized. They said they were understaffed and it was Christmas so were understanding of course. The next issue was that the unit had a horrible odor which we determined was between the living room and kitchen. We bought some Febreze and it seemed to get a little better for a day but came back the next day. The worst problem was that both showers ended up clogging for our last night two nights and we were standing in a couple of inches of water to shower. Lastly we would add the unit was not well maintained or clean to our standards. ( IE : stains on the carpet, stains on the furniture, dirty dishes etc etc )

Great place to stay for ski-in ski-out.

Very clean and convenient. Amenities were everything we needed. Place was actually larger than expected and very comfortable. Working fireplace with supply of wood was fantastic. Electric door lock is a pain but we figured it out on day 3 of 3.

Description is inaccurate nothing is in walking distance as for amenities the outdoor hot tub was closed the outdoor fire pit was closed .Just the heads up if there is no natural snow don’t come there is nothing to do .the mountain was making snow but it was very wet and not pleasant to ski .fyi what do they mean ski in code I could not finger that out

Excellent Family Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even added an extra night after we checked in (easy to communicate with Vacasa - property manager). We were impressed with the volume of basic ammenities supplied. The only disappointment for us was that none of the association ammenities we had hoped to utilize were open (indoor hot tub, indooor pool, outdoor hot tub, outdoor pool). We enjoyed hiking the trails around the property and the view from the deck was spectacular. Our family of 4 only needed to use the upstairs space. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would love to stay again in the future. Thank you!

A room with no view

Nice ski in/out condo. 4 adult men stayed and had a good time. A fifth didn’t show up but would have been crowded with 5 people. Unfortunately weather was not on our side with a sleety rain falling a lot of the day and fog socking in the top half of the mountain. But we made the best of it and skied through it all.

Everything was exactly as explained in the listing. Due to Sunrise triple chair not being open, we did have to drive to base of Bear Mountain to park. (1/2 mile away) so it was not ski on/ski off but this is certainly not the owners fault. Was due to mountain conditions. overall, a great stay.

Great ski trip

We love staying at Sunrise, super convenient way to spend a ski trip, walk to the slopes and full supply of firewood. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. The cleaning crew was extremely busy the day we arrived and we were about an hour delayed in checking in. Vacasa informed us of the delay and refunded our cleaning fee. We’d definitely book this unit again!

Vacasa misrepresented property.

I am handicap/use a walker. Vacasa told me their were three steps to entry. There was in fact 15 ice covered steps. Then another 2 flights of covered steps to get to unit.

Timberline L5 was a great place to stay during our Christmas’s ski trip to Killington.

The property was easy to get to, very clean, and comfortable. We had all the necessities plus more then you could ask for for a comfortable enjoyable stay. We were steps away from the hill that you ski down to the Sunrise lift. Coming home and lighting a fire was delightful after a day of skiing. We would defiantly make a return trip!!!!!!

The unit was clean, well stocked, convenient to slopes. Very spacious with extra living area in the lower level that sleeps 4 additional people (great space for kids). Only draw back was the person on-call for the unit did not answer my calls or emails when I asked for additional shampoo or had questions about the washer. Not the unit owner's fault though. It is managed by Vacasa and I will provide them feedback...

Perfect in all ways

I can't say enough positive things about this rental experience. We rented the condo to attend the 2017 Spartan Beast that my husband was racing in. In 2016 we rented a 1-bedroom condo at the base of Killinton Mountain, but found it to be dated, dirty and not a very comfortable space. Needing 2 bedrooms this year for family that was joining us, I searched further away from the mountain to get "more for our money". And we definitely did! The unit was only ~15 minutes from the race festivities - which was actually perfect and we didn't feel at all that it was an inconvenience. It was a quick, easy ride and the reward was that we had a beautifully quiet location that felt like a retreat at the end of a crazy race day. The unit itself was incredible. So spacious, beautifully updated, incredibly clean and tidy, and very very very comfortable and 'homey'. The kitchen cupboards were stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, etc. that was like new and SO organized - cooking was a breeze! The furniture was comfortable, the sheets and towels were crisp, and clean. Absolutely not one complaint can be made by us. We wished we could have stayed longer and as soon as the 2018 dates are posted I'll be hoping to book this unit again for next year.
