Location to Killington is great and property was easy to find. Beds and bathrooms were fine, however 2/4 bathrooms had no hot water. In one of the working showers, the hot/cold knob was installed backwards. Also the freezer was leaking into the fridge and top shelf was covered in water. They advertised many things that ended up not being usable - the master bedroom had no hot water so the jet tub was out of the question. We couldn’t find the sauna. They advertise a wood burning fireplace however no materials were provided and no instructions to bring your own firewood. They also advertise a foosball table, however it was jammed with oversized ping pong balls.There are signs all over the house indicating an active bear in the area, however no instructions on where to place the trash/recycling. I messaged the host (aka Vacasa) several times asking how to deal with the trash/recycling, however it was very clear the people responding were not familiar with the property at all and never provided a clear answer. Overall a decent stay, however was disappointed by the lack of hot water and very clear that it’s run by a lax and impersonal property management company. ##### S N. WIFI worked well. CleanHot water was lacking, sauna was not functional, no wood for fireplace, no ball for Foosball game, piano was out of tune, cable box was disconnected.
