Walk to the shuttle to Killington Resort from our charming two bedroom, two and a half bath condo at The Woods Resort and Spa. This condo is open and airy with plenty of room for your family and group to spread out across three levels - the main entry level, the sunken living room and the upstairs with sitting area and primary bedroom. Up to six guests can sleep comfortably on a queen bed in the primary bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and the master has a private sauna and jacuzzi tub as well. The electric fireplace in the living room is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes while watching a streaming show on the TV. The Woods Spa is located in the center of the complex and features a heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and full-service spa. Located just of the main road in Killington, you're close to everything the town offers and we're confident you'll love your vacation here no matter the season!

Walk into the mudroom area of our condo and take off your boots! You'll find the ground floor bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom immediately to your right. Up the stairs, you'll find a sitting area just before the primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The open kitchen and dining area on the main floor are the perfect spot to gather and look over the sunken living room with smart TV, high speed Internet, sofa bed and wood burning fireplace (needing repair). Out the sliding doors is a private patio with views of the forest and pond. You can take a quick walk to the main access road and catch the shuttle to the mountain or cross the road to Rivershed for some excellent craft brew and burgers.

• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• For your safety & ours, we have a doorbell camera at the entryway to the condo.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Woods Amenity Center at the condo complex is a short drive away and features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and spa. Hours vary by season.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
