We only had two minor issues. The hot tub language was foreign upon arrival. The hosts gave us incorrect information about how to fix it. I ended up having to go on YouTube to figure it out myself, which was time consuming. The other issue was related to the power going out. Of course nothing anyone can control during an ice storm, however, upon the power returning, we had to request the host come and reset the water pump. The onsite staff said it is a known issue and has to be reset every time the power goes out. It was frustrating not having water for 24 hours, then not being able to use it once the power returned. The front door landing area was incredible, with so many hooks to hang clothes and space to get ready or undress upon returning without having to walk through the entire house. There were many games and a hot tub that kept the family busy an happy. The kitchen had everything you could need, plush a modern washer and dryer. If I had to share one critique, it is that to access the top floor bedroom you need to use a spiral staircase. It was a challenge to carry large luggage up to the top, but manageable. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Killington. ##### Timothy E.
