As you step into our home, you'll be welcomed by the inviting ground floor. This area boasts a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, perfect for those who love to cook. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where you can enjoy your meals with beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. The cozy living room, complete with a warming wood stove, offers a tranquil space to relax after a day on the slopes. You'll also find a spacious deck complete with a charcoal grill, ideal for those chill-out barbecue evenings with family and friends. This floor also houses two bedrooms, one featuring a king and another adorned with a comfortable queen bed. A full bathroom is conveniently located for these bedrooms. The lower level of the house continues the cozy, stylish theme. Here you'll find a family room - perfect for late-night games or movie nights. A mudroom provides ample space to store your skiing gear. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor, both furnished with sturdy bunk beds. SKI ON/OFF PICO MOUNTAIN Walk out the lower ski room right onto the "Sundowner" trail at Pico Mountain. Ski down to the "Knomes Knoll" lift and you'll be skiing Pico! At the end of the day, head to that same lift to go back to the house or, if it's closed, use the Summit Lift and cut through trails to get back to the house. All trails are snow-dependent!
