Inside you'll be welcomed by the open plan living presenting pine panel walls, high raked ceilings and a combustion fireplace for those cold winter nights. The fully enclosed balcony offers a relaxing space to enjoy the refreshing summer breezes. The kitchen exudes a nostalgic charm with its older-style design, evoking a sense of warmth and character. Featuring classic cabinetry, fully equipped with all cooking utensils and modern electric appliances. The main living area is accompanied by a versatile loft space, ideal for either a study or a comfortable sitting/reading nook. The lower level of the home provides two further bedrooms with direct access to the covered veranda and tranquil backyard. \*Open plan living with combustion fireplace, Samsung Smart TV, reverse-cycle air conditioning ceiling fans and large screened balcony. \*Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, Bosch Dishwasher, electric cooktop along with pantry basics. \*Weber Gas BBQ on the front veranda and outdoor seating. \*All bedrooms have stand alone fans and clothing storage \*Combined laundry and main bathroom with washing machine, iron and board - there is a retractable clothes line in the backyard. \*Pets are welcome, however the property is not fenced and there are resident wildlife present. \*Parking for 2 vehicles at the bottom of the driveway as well as a single car spot at the top of the driveway - access via Fraser Rd. Access to this property is via a steep driveway off Fraser Rd. There are stairs to access the property via Hardys Bay Pde, but no parking.
