With reverse cycle AC this property is also pet friendly (see pet policy below). The entrance sets the tone for this elegant contemporary beach home - the warmth of the polished hardwood floors and high ceiling coupled with the open plan interiors and alfresco deck overlooking the ocean it is the perfect beach spot for soaking up the sun or easy care entertaining with family and friends. Features include; Ducted reverse cycle AC throughout as well as cosy gas fireplace for the winter 2 separate living areas for the kids to have their own space including second covered deck downstairs Open living/dining on upper level flowing through to deck area with beautiful ocean views Large fully equipped kitchen with stone-topped island bench with stainless gas appliances Espressotoria coffee machine Complimentary WIFI Pet friendly upon application (fenced but no real yard area - best suited for small non shedding inside dogs) Gas BBQ and outdoor setting with market umbrella Master queen bedroom with ocean views and recently renovated luxurious ensuite Second queen bedroom downstairs as well as 3rd bedroom with 2 singles and full bathroom with separate powder room.
