There was also a small powder room, all the appliances were very nice. The outdoor space was great if Ireland would have cooperated the location is perfect to get to great restaurants but not in the crowds . It looks like a busy street and is occasionally but the house is completely sound proof to any street noise! Again absolutely wonderful!! ##### karen p. Instructions all clear and concise. The parking was an huge plus and the huge hanging baskets of flowers framing the front door made for a grand entrance. Arrival was perfect- clean, cheery, muffins and fruit set out, milk in the fridge for us! The kitchen and living room were decorated so perfectly we felt very at home. The bedrooms were perfect, the bath towels fluffy, the bathroom was tiny but met our needs.
