Enjoy the sounds of wildlife and starry nights in the comfort of a newly remodeled 40 foot caravan r/v. Located on the Bonnechere River steps from Bonnechere Provincial Park. Nestled in an open area of a mixed forested property located on Round Lake in Killaloe. Within seconds access the river with four canoes and two kayaks and a paddle board a short walk down a trail to the floating dock with a small section of sandy shore suitable for swimming all summer season long. A provincial park beach is a short 5 minute paddle down the river. The caravan is setup fully off grid with solar and battery with imported spring water stored in a water cell. It is limited power available supplied by 12v.. There is plenty of wildlife found on the premises and lots to see and do in the area. There is a decommissioned 2 km walking trail directly off of the property. If you're into bird watching this is the place to be! In the spring and fall times this is a major wetland hub for migratory birds and hundreds of unique species can be observed throughout the year. Fishing is excellent in the river and lake. Many types of fish at this location including Bass, Pike, Pickerel, Perch, Lake Trout and many more. Heat and fans for temperature control. There was lots of space to park and set up tents, the kitchen sink and stove worked well and the bbq was very helpful.
