- Food Lion shopping center can be accessed without leaving the neighborhood
- Public beach access with parking on 5th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st streets
- Sea La Vie is located right in the middle of the Outer Banks
- There is less traffic than the northern or southern beach roads
- You can still visit each area with day trips from Sea La Vie
- Go right to get to the fishing marina at Oregon Inlet
- Go left to see the wild horses in Corolla
- View lighthouses in both directions
- Hang glide at Jockey's Ridge
- Visit the Wright Brother's Memorial
- Close to Putt putt, movies, fishing, shopping, dining

NO PETS
- Due to allergies, we do not allow pets
- Please be kind by booking one of the many houses that do allow pets
- Trying to sneak one in will result in immediate eviction without refund

- You can watch people catch fish up on the pier as you sit on the beach and see dolphins swim by.
