Built in 2015, this Seven C's condo utilizes serene décor, modern amenities, and unobstructed ocean views to provide the ultimate relaxing atmosphere. Located oceanfront at MP 7.3 in Kill Devil Hills, getting to the beach is as simple as walking across the complex boardwalk. You'll enjoy a spacious interior, unbeatable community amenities, and everything you need to create memories for your whole family when you stay at Fisher.  
  
The spacious condominium parking lot offers plenty of space for your vehicles and an Elevator makes unloading a breeze. Make your way up to the main entrance where you'll step right into the beautiful, open-concept Dining Area with brilliant lighting and seating at the Dining Table for 6. Enjoy the brilliant decor while you dine together or relax at the Counter Bar which boasts seating for 3 more. Prepare a delicious seafood feast in the spacious Kitchen with modern appliances, a double sink, and plenty of space to prepare something unforgettable.  
  
When you're ready to enjoy some relaxation and spectacular views of the ocean, make your way into the Living Area where you'll find lots of cozy furniture, a comfortable Papasan chair, and a Flat Screen TV that's ideal for family movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows on a rainy day.

Pull out the Sleeper Sofa for some extra sleeping space or the perfect place to take a nap when you need a break from the beach. Take in the bright blue waves of the ocean through the sliding glass doors that take you out onto the oceanfront Deck where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee with a side of Outer Banks sunrises and salty breezes. Plenty of outdoor furniture creates the perfect spot for evening al fresco dining experiences as you watch the moon rise up over the water.
