Take a dip in your own private pool or hang out underneath the carport. Stare up at the starry sky as you relax in your own private hot tub. There is an outdoor shower for you to use to clean up before going inside. For the grill masters of the group, they will enjoy the gas grill provided. There is an elevator here to help carry your items up. (Please note that the elevator reaches up to the third level, with the fourth level easily accessible by stairs.) On the second level, challenge your friends to a game of pool or arcade and enjoy libations from the wet bar. If you'd rather read your favorite book, enjoy the sitting area on this level. As far as sleeping accommodations go, you can choose between the King En Suite with its own private bathroom and deck access, the King Bedroom, or the double Bunk Bedroom. Those two rooms share a full bathroom that is located in the hallway. There are two deck access off of the recreation room. Step outside and enjoy the view! It doesn't get any better than this. Up on the third level is where memories are sure to be created! Look out the vast windows and catch a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean staring at you. Feel free to open a window to catch some breezes off the beach. On this level, you will find a full, modern kitchen with bar stool seating, a half bathroom, and a comfortable great room with an electric fireplace. There is a dining table to enjoy a great meal together or play your favorite board games. Venture out onto the outdoor deck and enjoy your favorite beverage while you listen to the outdoor sounds of the Outer Banks. Who gets to enjoy the King En Suite with deck access? There is one of those on this level as well. Your group will have to draw straws to determine who gets to sleep on the fourth level. Up here is its own King En Suite with deck access which faces the ocean. With this kind of privacy and the view, whoever stays up here is not going to want to leave! When it is time to go to the beach, there is a private beach walkway for the entire oceanfront community to use. You will find bench seating and a gazebo as you walk towards the ocean. The view from the top of the steps never gets old. Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 8 miles from Hamilton Cay Reserve. This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. You will also find a casual restaurant and bar, shaded lounge areas, and seasonal activities perfect for families or a relaxing solo escape. It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks. Parking is $25 per car per day and access to the pool and beach is free. The Village Beach Club is open May 1 to October 1, with the club itself open until 5:00pm. The community pool is open daily from 9:00am to 4:30pm, May 25 to September 7, 2026. The code number to enter the property would not open the door had to call case management.2\. Had to carry our luggage up to the third floor because the elevator did not operate.3\. The next morning we found out heating the house did not work.4\. Ceiling fan on the third floor living area did not work for the whole stay.When I went to use the gas grill, it wasn’t in any shape to use. House the great was missing and very dirty.Kees management were great for opening the door called in for the elevator repair and the heating problem. didn’t bother to call them about the ceiling fan or the gas grill condition. For the price you pay, I will recommend looking for another property than spend on this. Layout of the house is different than how you would imagine when you read online description. It is vertically spread out - it was a maze. We reach to only find all main doors open. No need for lock code etc.Read - no security. Bare bones of essential items compared to all the VRBO houses we have stayed in. Not sure where to start- For a house that sleeps 12, first set of toilet rolls was not there. Thank god I brought my own. Two towels per room - if you are coming to a beach house, you definitely need more which was very very frustrating. Most frustrating of all - It was 95 degrees and the fan in the main living room and one of the bedroom on level 2 did not work. No instruction manuals. We called the service desk who said they can’t help until next day. We were miserable. The small coffee table in living room had sand on it from previous tenants. Barely anything available in the kitchen. We heard on fans after 24 hours of our stay then also on phone which was 0 help. The pressure of water in the shower is slow ( really slow)..Check in is 4 pm but the complimentary chairs and umberella get picked at 5, so 0 advantage on day of check in. It says it had gas grill and we planned grilling on day 1 post check in- grill was UNCLEAN. And then we ran out of gas 10 mins into the process. Left with uncooked meats, and unfed kids at that hour.
