One is there were no pillows and we had to go out and purchase some. The tv we couldn't get the cable to work right and when you leave you have a list of cleaning today...like wash all beds clothes,towels, clean kitchen and bathrooms and vaccum so I am not sure why we had to pay a lot of money for a cleaning fee when we had to clean the whole place before we left.
