Bed Sizes: 1 King, 2 Twin, 1 Trundle, 1 Sleep Sofa Located in the brand new Ocean Breeze community, Waves is a semi-oceanfront townhome that offers the perfect coastal getaway and is just a quick walk to the beach. Situated in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you'll never be far from it all. Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions, there is something for everyone to enjoy while vising the OBX. Newly constructed in 2024, Waves offers all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals for the group. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or take them outside to the private balcony and dine al fresco while enjoying the ocean breeze. You'll also find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds along with a trundle, making Waves perfect for families or couples traveling together. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount.
