Your family will love The Blue Palm, located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills close to the beach, restaurants and shopping!  
  
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool, hot tub, outside shower and a gas grill area with picnic table. Inside you'll find a garage with street-legal golf cart ($100 cash key deposit) and full-size refrigerator and a game room with pinball (quarter operated) and half bathroom.  
  
Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Single. Laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink and the screened porch.  
  
Top Level: Great room with a large flat-screen TV/DVD, sound bar, gas fireplace and screened porch access. Dining area seating 8 with deck access, half bathroom and kitchen with counter seating for 3 and wine captain. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub.  
  
Extras: Private Pool (24 x 14, heated for $500 per week), Hot Tub, 4 TVs, DVD player, high speed internet, sound bar, street-legal golf cart (available with a $100 cash key deposit), 2 full size refrigerators, wine captain, Keurig, baby gate, 2 screened porches, enclosed outside shower, washer/dryer, utility sink, hammock deck swing, gas grill, deck furniture, parking for 6 vehicles, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30) and linens and towels provided. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.  
  
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.  
  
This property does not provide beach chairs.  
  
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities.
