There was another radiator in the room that was on when we got up in the morning but seemed to be on a timer that went off around 5 pm which meant that it was heating the room when we wasn't there and not heating it when we was so we would climb into bed and watch the tv. The bothy in its self was greatand we enjoyed staying there but our stay would have been better if we had a bit more control over the heating saying that i would visit again. ##### Alan S. So peaceful and quiet we were able to disconnect with the hassles of everyday life. It really felt like we had stepped off the hamster wheel for the weekend. Comfortable surrounds with a lovely breakfast hamper to great us. We enjoyed the Quiet village which was only a short drive to many of the great sights aroundSouth Wales. I found the kitchen was only really functional for breakfast with limited facilities. However there is no shortage of places to eat out. The surrounding gardens were in need of some attention but I put that down to the end of winter and the need for a spring cleaning.
