Newly installed elevators make this second-story space fully accessible, and a well-placed and comfortable lanai provides stunning views of both the property and Maui sunsets. **The Property** The grounds feature thoughtful and gorgeous landscaping with lush gardens, waterfalls, picturesque palm trees, and fountains with whimsical lighting. In addition to the well-kept grounds, guests may access tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ stations, shared picnic tables, a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, and two hot tubs. The pool area also features a fully-equipped workout facility and a booking center for activities and tours. **The Neighborhood** The property is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Groceries, restaurants, ice cream, and small souvenir shops are all within walking distance of the property, with easy access to all essentials. If you are looking for more upscale shopping or perhaps taking in some golf, you are only a ten-minute drive from the Shops at Wailea and many world-class golf courses. **Other Amenities** We also provide access to beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella, towels, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Wifi is free, and the administration fee covers parking if needed. You must register at the Registration Office upon arrival. The Registration Office is open 24/7. The $40.00 VRBO administration fee pays for parking, free internet service, security guards, and a lending library located in the pool area. There is a registration fee of $35.00 required at check-in. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for the rare meal in. They had ALL the beach necessities like chairs and umbrella (although the last tenants brought back a lot of sand in the chairs). The whole facility was great. Pool. Recycling. Super friendly staff. Parking. Easy check in. And the location couldn’t be better with a great beach across the street and amazing restaurants a couple blocks away. We visited some of the other condos friends were staying in and felt like ours was the best. This was truly one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed in for how well it was equipped. Really appreciated that even if I didn't use much. The renovation was done with quality materials & attention to details that as a serial renovator, I appreciated. Two tiny things would have been helpful...a broom & dustpan & some dish clothes. I really enjoyed the unit, the beautiful property, the screaming pre-schoolers & babies in the pool, not so much. Very nice remodel. Kitchen had everything we needed. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa. Very comfortable. We had use of beach chairs and umbrella. Condo is close to pool.
