The grounds at this complex are really well taken care of and nice to look out at and enjoy a coffee in the morning r a drink later in the day! There was some construction happening in our building but the property manager notified us ahead of time and offered us a different unit or a discount. Right next to the pool and I love the ground floor patio. I’ve stayed in other units at this resort. I liked this location of this unit best, but liked the cleanliness of some other units more. The only downsides of this unit are fixable problems. There were lots of fruit flies and we killed 3 cockroaches. The couch could use a steam clean too. But again, overall good. We absolutely loved our time at this property and did not want to leave! It has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation, minus snorkels, which we picked up at Walmart. Beach chairs, towels, pool noodles (and the good thick ones from Costco!) This condo is a beautiful walk out right behind the pool area. The grounds of the complex were stunning! And it’s a 2 min walk across the street from the beach. Perfect area of south Kihei- walking distance to shops, restaurants, and close to kalama village shopping area. We highly recommend Ulua beach- we saw whales from shore, tons of sea turtles all 3 times we went, and it has a great snorkeling reef off shore. Overall, we hated to leave. My family loved the location, it was especially nice being ground level with easy access to the beach, bbq and pool. The condo was very clean and had most everything we needed. The only complaints we had was the pull out bed was uncomfortable -you could feel the springs. Also maybe a few more dishes would be nice. We've always enjoyed our stay here and fully appreciate all the amenities. The unit has a great supply of beach chairs, boogie boards, toys.. and the kitchen is well stocked. The large 50 inch plasma TV kept everyone entertained at night. The unit is very comfortable and relaxing. We love the ground floor for walking out to the pool and bringing in groceries. The lanai is very private and has a gorgeous view of the gardens. The designated parking spot is conveniently located in front of the unit. We looked forward to returning for many years. Jan 21, 2014 #### Kamole Sands 2 bedroom unit Pros: Price during Christmas season was the cheapest I found for a 2 bedroom unit Ground Floor unit has great access to pool Cons: Unit is dated and could use some TLC Boogie Boards available need to be replaced. (torn and not really usable) Smaller garbage can needed in kitchen so door can close easily Master bed very squeaky with every move and felt like a Full size bed instead of a Queen Gap between carpet and painted walls in master bedroom.
