Besoin de rénovation !!
Bel endroit. Par contre il y avait des vieux tapis dans le condo 307. Il fallait libérer le condo pour 11 heures et notre vol était à 22.20 Demande si on peux prendre une douche et ils ont dit qu'il n'y a pas ce genre de service. Nous avions appeler au centre d'appel pour le ménage pour avoir un LATE check out et ce n'était pas possible.

Very well located in N. Kihei. Away from traffic and easy to access all activities throughout the island. Condo was newly renovated and very well equipped. Lots of parking available. I would recommend it to my friends.

Endroit superbe. Propre et confortable.
Je recommande à tous! Contrairement aux autres j'ai trouvé l'arrivé simple en récupérant les clés dans la boite. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Il y a de tout pour se faire à manger. La vue '' jardin'' est en fait aussi une vue sur la mer. La piscine est bien entretenue et plusieurs BBQ disponible. Le complexe est bien situé au milieu de l'île afin d'explorer tout ce qu'il y a à voir. 10/10 . Si je retourne à Maui, je retournerais à cet endroit qui m'avait été suggéré par de la famille. +++ Stationnement gratuit

Nous avons agréablement été surpris par ce complexe d'habitations. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à notre disposition. Le principal attrait demeure l'accès direct à l'Océan Pacifique.

Propre, meilleure localisation sur Île Mauï
Située sur Kihei road. C'est vraiment le meilleur spot pour être proche du meilleur sur l'île. A cet endroit il y a plein de plage, de belle ville tous les services à 5min. Qu3@@3 chance d'avoir tombé aussi bien. Située vraiment au nord de Kihei road, ceci fait que vous êtes proche de Lahaina!!! Mais Kihei est mieu encore. Descendre Kihei road ces le sud et vous trouverez tellement plus de resto et boutique partout ailleurs. De plus la marina pour le snorkling est a 5 min. Louer un auto a 20$ /jour et l'ile vous appartient. Les condos sont vraiment top entrenue. Tous les matins les gars passaient plus de 3 heures a tout nettoyer. Piscine, spa bbq. Vraiment c'etait trop propre. Mon condo etait tres propre et full equip 204. C'est certain quand payant 1700$ la semaine ce ne sera la deco du hyatt mais c'est vraiment un condo maison avec tout. L'endroit ou sugar beach est il n'y a presque jamais de pluie. Le moins de pluie a Maui. La meilleure Ile Maui selon moi. Ce n'est pas une place d'enfants et c'est parfait c'est relax. Honnêtement belle plage. Complexe super organisé

Idéalement situé entre mer, montagne et boutiques
Un hôtel face à la mer sur une île très agréable qui propose tous les services et toutes les activités que l'on peut attendre à Hawaii. L'hôtel est face à la mer, agencé autour d'une grande piscine. A moins de 15 minutes de très nombreuses boutiques et magasins permettant de vivre en toute autonomie sur une île avec de nombreuses facettes : mer, montage (volcan à 3000 mètres) et paysages tropicaux.

While the location and the feeling of an almost private beach was awesome, as well as the proximity to Ululani’s shave ice and a small ABC store, the unit itself was outdated, had cobwebs in the corners, and a terrible AC unit. It barely cooled off the space and we were there at a time when the weather wasn’t that terribly hot. Even at night, the unit didn’t seem to cool significantly. I would love to say I’d come and stay again since everything around the property and the pool and beach access were amazing, but we probably won’t.

The room and view was amazing. The beach was clean and relaxing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was very well maintained. Overall, this was one of our best vacation stays so far!! Thank you, Sugar Beach!!

Great location. Sort of central to everything we were doing. Tour service (Coalette) was super helpful. On site massage (Massage Maui) was great! Dinas was great for a quick bite. The scenes was just amazing. We will definitely be back!

Oceanfront view and on the beach was fantastic. We ate on patio every morning and listened to the waves which was great. Bedroom is on other side so not noisy while sleeping. There were spots on the carpet in front of the door that were not appealing to see when you walk in. Also the carpets and area carpets seemed like they needed cleaning. Area carpets had spots that looked like they could've been easily washed out. Shower door was broken but management was going to fix it fast. Shower is very small and needs upgrading. Kitchen needs upgrading also as its pretty old but still functionaland it was nice to have a full kitchen with pans and dishes and a coffee-maker. All-in-all we loved it tho, cuz of the oceanfront and views and being on a nice beach.

Loved the area we stayed in, was close to the freeway and close to everything. From our balcony looking out was the beach. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Would stay here again.

Horrible experience when we got to Sugar Beach Resort. We reserved 2 rooms on hotels.com and already paid since April 2021. When we got there only 1 room was reserved and the receptionist said she couldn't help us. Called hotels.com several times and waited 2-3 hours (ruined our whole day due to waiting for a response and being put on hold). Called Vacasa and they said only 1 room was reserved but explained that I reserved 2 rooms and paid full price since April but they said it's hotels.com fault. They can't give us another room because the resort was fully booked but we could stay at the resort with 6 adults and 2 kids in 1 room. It was very uncomfortable sharing 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Vacasa and hotels.com are pointing at each other who's fault for not reserving 2 rooms even though they got my money. I called hotels.com for a refund for the other room since yesterday and no response yet. I will give them 48 hours to call me back or I will call my lawyer for the inconvenience and stress this whole situation caused us.

The pictures on the site were somewhat deceptive in that they included a photo that showed an ocean view which this unit clearly did not have. That photo should be removed. Aside from that the lanai view facing the little koi pond and waterfall with a peek a boo view of the ocean was pleasant. The unit itself needs some updating. The carpet is very tired looking. Housecleaning was subpar: the fitted sheet on our bed had a stain that looked fresh (like blood) so I stripped the bed and the stain came right out indicating that perhaps the cleaner forgot to change this from the previous occupant. The pillows were limp and old. Invest in some new pillows please.

Sugar Beach Resort leaves a sour taste in my mouth
Definitely no sugar here. The best part about the stay was proximity to the ocean and the views. The place is a dump and needs a remodel. Power outage and then water leaks. While on vacation was interrupted by maintenance so they can go inside to check on a water leak. Then we find out the water will be turned off the next day for a few hours. Can you imagine lounging in your condo and being told that you won't have any of the amenities you paid for? Good thing we were out exploring the island that day. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am? No shaka love here..

When we first arrived I was concerned about the dirty carpet prior to our arrival. The Mgmt company had the carpet cleaned. The location is wonderful easy access to Kihei, Lahaina and the airport. The ocean is steps away and you can fall asleep to the sounds of the waves.

The resort property is fantastic. Beautiful grounds, great pool and hot tub, plus it is directly on the beach. Just a short stroll down the sand to some of the most amazing views. The room itself had everything you need as a base on Maui but the current rental car shortage made transportation a challenge. Also be aware this is a very family oriented resort, so there were a lot of kids playing around the pool.

Condo was lovely and well stocked. Our only problem was the confusing communication between hotels.com, the company that manages the property and the office at the condo. The division of labor between the three groups may be obvious to the owner but is confusing to the renter.

We fell in love with this condo! The views are beautiful! It’s an end unit that provides direct access to the beach! Don’t want sand everywhere? Walk along the grass to the lounge area where there are lots of comfy lounge chairs and a swimming pool and hot tub! The condo was full of everything someone would need for a week by the beach. It was nice to be able to cook in the kitchen if we wanted or take a short drive to some amazing restaurants! We are definitely coming back!

Great condo! Have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed my trip. The condos have usually been a bit dated, but were always clean and comfortable. They also have all of the amenities that you would need, like kitchen utensils and beach gear etc. The big plus is that it’s right on the beach, not near the beach. I have stayed in ocean front and ocean view, and both have spectacular views of the ocean. Highly recommend!

Convenient location on the island. Short distance to airport, restaurants and right on the beach! Having the elevator was good for managing luggage. Management was very receptive and friendly. Check-in was very smooth. Keyless entry is a definite plus. Appreciated the abundance of towels, extra paper towels and toilet paper. Access to beach, beach chairs and pool area were nice. The only downside is that the hot tub was crowded at night. Condo could use an update in furniture and lighting. We had trouble getting the cable to work on the TVs. The restaurant onsite had decent food for a quick bite, but would recommend going to other restaurant locations. Other guests/residents are very respectful and friendly. Good spot for more local feel.

Amazing vacation. This is an ocean front condo. Be aware that if you want to see the ocean you should request ocean front or ocean view. The property has 6 floors and half of the first floor is garden view only. That said it is our favorite location!

Clean and close to beach. Has nice views. Away from busy areas. Drunk people over crowded the hot tub and pool area every single night. There were people ignoring all rules with class beer bottles in pool and diving in. Employees saw it all and said nothing so we stayed out of pool area. Check out time is ten and check in time is three, but not a minute sooner. Lady in equipment rental store was rude as could be.
