What we found was not, a fluff & buff if anything. Windows do not close and the noise was very disruptive. No blackout curtains which meant a lit up bedroom while trying to sleep. Ice maker did not work. The condo above us had tile work being done and it was extremely loud. We tried to see if the property mgr perhaps had another unit anywhere in Kihei but they did not. All the outdoor chairs/umbrella/toys you need and the patio gets great sunshine. Lots of extra pillows, blankets and good storage space. Kitchen is not overly equipped but had what we needed.
