Cory fixed this the 3rd night by adding a new AC to the upstairs bedroom. We also had dirty coffee maker and dishes in the DW on arrival, seems like the place hadn't been used for awhile. I would have appreciated a response from the property owner but instead the property manager Cory made me feel like the bad guy when I called to tell him the upstairs was scorching again the second night. ##### Brian H. Late at night it was so peaceful and quiet. The community pools were awesome. Good directions, close to everything you could want. Everything in the condo was spotless and well cared for. You can tell they maintain things well. Easy access to many beaches and although we ended up not using it, was right next to a pool. The entire complex is well maintained and quiet. It’s a short drive (or 20mkn walk) to the Shops at Wailea and about a 10min drive from the heart of Kihei, where the groceries stores are. Kitchen and bathrooms newly remodeled and nice. There is not a direct ocean view but the upstairs deck and downstairs lanai overlook green area and pool. Walk down to the ocean a bit of a distance but all on green grass and worth it. It is an easy walk to Shops at Wailea. We plan to visit again! ##### Carolyn B. The walk to the beach side pool is about 10min on the green and puts you steps away from the beach. That pool and large pavilion has many seating including a full kitchen and grills. The restrooms has showers. The property manager was responsive and helpful with some questions we had. Lovely condo decorated in soft beiges. Comfy bed, sofa, arm chair, lounges,and sun chairs. Three lanais! Long walk to the only heated pool by the beach. No nearby restaurant within walking distance. Condo kitchen needs a little restocking, more mugs, flipper for cooking eggs or meat, actual dish rack. Shower needs new beading or a reset board to keep water from dripping and pooling on floor outside of shower. Screen doors do not work. Sounds like a lot of complaints, but really they were all little items. Loved our stay here. Beach gear with wagon is great. Pool right outside is awesome. Only 2 small things with this unit: the stairs squeak, so if you awake before your partner and want to head downstairs, you will wake them up; beach is not close and there is not a clear walking path to it. We took a better map from the office/parking check-in (you have to drive to it) and marked the path to the beach (left in the book). It is walkable, but no path or markings and you'll go through several other unit backyards. Best way to beach is to take that great beach wagon of supplies provided and throw it in your vehicle and drive around (short drive) to the public access. Not a complaint and would stay here again, but description led me to believe the beach access was much closer. Once you know, not really that big of a deal- but you need to know. ##### Keith T. Convenient parking and good Wailea location. Easy but longish walk (10+ min downhill) to the beach and nice shaded complex pavilion. We did drive down once with beach gear. Complex was quiet - nicely landscaped. Plenty of beach chairs, towels. A few things need attention in the unit (annoying sticking sliding door screens, water easily pools out of the shower, upstairs A/C is a bit finicky, sheets could definitely be better, etc.) Checkout requirements include stripping the bed, running dishwasher, removing all trash etc - it wasn’t a problem for us but could be if leaving for a very early flight, on top of the cleaning fee. Had to request welcome email and check-in instructions 2 days prior - as VRBO indicated they had been sent to personal email….but had not been. There was conflicting information between the emails on provided supplies (laundry soap, shampoo/bath soap etc) - maybe just depends on what’s been left - conveniently it was all there. ##### Marci B. It’s conveniently located to a private beach for sunset views and daily swims and close to all the higher end resorts along the Wailea beach path which we walked to several times throughout our stay. We very much felt the aloha spirit from Kory, the property manager. Will definitely return!
