Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos -B13 Feel the Aloha spirit this winter with our Winter Sale from November - March 2026! New lowered rates to swap frosty mornings to flip-flops & sandy toes. Our 2-bedroom/2-bath townhouse style home with ocean view is on the 2nd level (no elevator) at Kihei Sands Condominiums. It is perfect for a ROMANTIC getaway for two couples - or if you want to include the kids or more friends, pull out the queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to two additional guests; however this will be tight living as our condo is only 786 sf. Some people may not be comfortable with such tight quarters. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total, regardless of age. The downstairs living area has a convenient full bath for the occupants of the main-level bedroom. The upstairs MASTER BEDROOM bedroom/open-air loft has a luxurious king bed, SmartTV & ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The downstairs bath also boasts a walk-in shower with glass wall. Each bathroom has a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. Hair & bath products can be purchased on island or brought with you. A SMART TV in the living room is perfect streaming your favorite shows from our comfortable couch. The high-end 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C SYSTEM will keep everyone cool/comfortable at their preferred temperature whether relaxing or sleeping. As we were leaving at 10:00am we noticed a woman in tank top with white shorts in the parking lot we didn’t know if she was an employee she had a vacuum in the back of her white truck she was very concerning.
