King size bed, new kitchen, steps to beach. This fully equipped condo has everything a person would need on a long or short stay. We have bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, blender, all amenities like in your own kitchen. This is a condo just like being in your own apartment or home. Located in building four, on the second floor, it has lots of privacy and is very safe. It's ideal for a four person family or a couple. Lots of family friendly restaurants next door and a family friendly complex full of shops and restaurants for any of your needs. There are also restaurants, cafe's and Moose's for a night on the town. If you prefer to cook at home there is a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a large fridge, brand new stove and dishwasher, its truly a deluxe kitchen with all your needs covered including pots and pans and dishes. Great, comfy, California king size provides a great undisturbed sleep with a Tempurpedic bed. A wonderful nights sleep with their memory foam design. There is also a new couch with queen size sofa pull out (for kids only). The memory foam mattress provides maximum comfort, bed linens also provided for your use. The pull out sleeps 2 children, or smaller adults. Our bathroom is newer, has a large walk in shower, with river pebble tiles on the floor and granite counter sink. Across from our balcony is a star fruit tree, and a wonderful covered lanai you can sip your morning coffee on while looking out at the pool. When you want to watch the sunset you just walk across the street to sit on the wall of beach Kamaole 2 and have one of the best views in south Kihei. You don't even need a car if you don't want to rent one, you have three beaches within a two minute walk across the street and Kam 2 right across the street, and at least five restaurants within a 1 mile radius. It lists laundry, but then once you book the information is shared that you have to use the laundromat and pay extra. The next door unit had access to their laundry in suite and so did our previous rental in Maui Vista, so it was a bit of a disappointment not to have access to keep the host’s linens clean. The dishwasher was quite odorous. We’re a family who is on top of cleaning dishes and not leaving food or garbage out and we still dealt with ghost ants. It was no surprise to see a pest control sign go up for the complex for April 9th, 2025\. The instructions for the door entry are outdated and caused a bit of confusion on entry. They mention a lockbox and key/taking the key with you etc., however you don’t use the lockbox at all - it’s a digital lock. Thankfully the host responded quickly during our late night arrival.The pull out sofa was not comfortable at all. We’re a petite family and were sinking right through it trying to watch a movie one night. Don’t plan for anyone to sleep on it.The location was great, we’ve just had better experiences with the small things like owners leaving macadamia nuts/coffee etc. on arrival, large shampoo and conditioner provided, and tourist books for us to read and fill out that made us feel more welcomed than an empty room. ##### Jesse D. So close to the beach, shopping & Restaurants. Check in and check out was a breeze. All of the Kai Nani staff are so nice and helpful. Overall just another great stay. The clean, modern, open concept makes the place feel spacious and airy. The location is perfect being close to the pool and laundry but is still nice and quiet. The kitchen has just about everything you could ever need and more. The bedroom has a really comfortable king size bed - not something you get often in vacation rentals! It was clean and well located. We loved that the family friendly beach was so close (and the complex pool too) We loved that there was sand toys/boogie board/4 beach chairs and towels for us so we didn't have to buy any. The kitchen was fully stocked and much bigger than the other units we saw in these places. And the bed was SUPER comfortable. Thank you! We highly suggest people renting this place. The only draw back was that if you had more than 2 adults, the pull out couch is not comfortable. But besides that, a fabulous place! THANK YOU once again! Very nice and the condo has everything you could possibly imagine. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Owner was great to deal with. Had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the location being very close to the office and pool. It was pretty noisy during my stay with a lot of kids in the pool making it hard to enjoy a peaceful evening on the balcony. ##### Lori F.
