The unit was as described and it appears the owners are trying to update it with new furniture and some new appliances. The unit its self could use some TLC. It was clean but shows it is well loved. The mattress on the pullout couch was actually quite comfortable while the master bed was extremely firm and would benefit from a topper unless firm is what you prefer. The pool is close by, a short walk across from this unit. They included beach chairs & umbrella which were very helpful to extend your stay down at the beach. The deck at the condo was large & you have a small view of the ocean & good sunset views. This area warrants a repeat stay. ##### Lynette A. Easy to drive to from the airport, great location just a short drive from beaches and shopping. Steps away from the pool which was very convenient! Only downside would be needed to use the communal grill as there was no bbq on the patio; definitely not a dealbreaker! We were pleasantly surprised to be able to see the ocean from the balcony! The bed was very comfortable. The unit was clean. The location was great.
