A/C was wonderful and having coffee on the lanai every morning with oceanfront views was amazing!! The building itself is old and when we arrived the water heater was broke (so nothing but cold water for about a day), but it was fixed fairly quickly and no other issues. Nothing could compare to the amazing view! But the condo was cozy, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Nice bonus that there was shampoo/conditioner/lotion for the guests. Check in/out was a bit rigid. But we were still able to check in a few hours early and check out an hour later. The facility itself had a beautiful pool and hot tub. Nice bonus to have a deli/bar on site as well as massage therapy and a concierge to help with activities. Easy parking. Beautiful beach to walk along! Very close to ABC store, Ululani’s Shave Ice, and Sugar Beach Bake Shop. We hope to return again sometime! ##### Kelly B.
