Polo Beach Club #106 is new to the rental market and has been refreshed with new furnishings, flooring, and fresh paint to be ready for your visit. Be the first to stay in this highly sought-after ground-floor condo as close as you can get to the beach without having your feet in the sand. As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open living area that boasts natural light and the best soothing ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar that is perfect for casual dining and entertaining. The condo features two cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding and ample storage space. The Polo Beach Club is situated on popular Polo Beach, famous for snorkeling and gorgeous sunset views. The property has an oceanfront swimming pool and a hot tub, perfect for soaking up the sun or relaxing after a long day at the beach. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy. Upon arrival, you’ll find a white and blue parking pass in the unit for your vehicle. Being right out front on the shaded side is very nice as well. The process was very easy and the unit was well stocked.
