It’s in a great location within the complex, quiet, near the pool & bbqs. It even gets the sunset which you can enjoy from a seating area on the porch. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. However, the place is in desperate need of a makeover. It’s very run down. At the very least, it needs a thorough deep cleaning of the dust accumulating on the chandelier and walls, and a good painting. Because of this, we wouldn’t go back to this unit, but if you don’t mind renting a worn out unit, it has its pluses. ##### Rhonda N. Freezer seemed somewhat functional. Dryer knobs broken. Some horizontal blinds missing or laying in livingroom. Carpet needed cleaning. Supplies were adequate. Deck was uninhabitable. It seemed dangerous and sloping. Caution tape was over a very flimsy haphazard emergency board that would have failed if leaned on. It made it hazardous to use laundry facility.Coldwell customer service was great , housekeeper not so great. The toilet wasn’t functioning upon arrival but a repair man was called and fixed quickly. We were provided a portable refrigerator but they sat it in the livingroom! The owner needs serious repairs and furniture upgrade. Desk chair should not be sat on, dangerously wobbly. ##### Norma D. It needs alot of work. Also, not very well cleaned. The fridge was dirty. The toilet did not work well, the sheets were very old and looked like they should be thrown out. The TV's drove me crazy. A speaker is in front of the main tv and so everytime you want to change a channel, you have to get up and walk over to the TV. People downstairs were pretty loud.
