This unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the guestroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The open-concept main living area includes modern furniture with vaulted ceilings and a large flat-screen TV. The unit's bright and airy ambiance is enhanced by vaulted ceilings, creating a sense of spaciousness and tranquility. A window AC unit and ceiling fans are equipped to keep everyone cool and comfortable. Retreat to the master bedroom and unwind with a king-size bed and a window A/C unit. The master ensuite bathroom includes a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is also equipped with a king-size bed and a window A/C unit. Decently clean. Location was ok. We had several issues upon our stay being the ac in one room did not work and it was 80 and sticky while sleeping. I contacted the management who said twice they fixed it but had to keep reaching out because it was not. The WiFi didn’t work our whole trip. Reached out about that on noght one. Nothing. Not to mention I was on this trip for my 30th birthday and since I booked it, I was the one who had to keep having this annoying communication about fixing things that weren’t being fixed. It was very private and peaceful, which was great at the end of the day to relax after a day of activities and venturing around the island. The lanai was our favorite spot to sit and unwind at the end of the day. The entire complex is very well kept & even though you can't see the ocean from the condo interior, if you step out to the parking lot, you can get a great view of the water. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and having a washer/dryer was also a plus. The kitchen/living room area is nice & open, with modern kitchen appliances, and a good amount of dishes, glassware, and cookware. There isn't much for cooking spices but we managed. Also loved the small sample of Maui Blend coffee. I would definitely stay at the Tranquil Oasis again. ##### Jeane H. It is located right next to a very busy and noisy road. There is no view from deck because of overgrown trees and shrubbery. Lots of spiders and small mosquitoes. The condo had a nicely remodeled living room and kitchen area and is just a short 5min drive to the nearest beach. Also the condo was stocked with beach chairs and a cooler (there wasn't a beach umbrella but we were able to make due without). We spent most our days at the beach as the condo pools didn’t seem to be heated (or at least not to a temp warm enough for our kiddos). Also the condo was a short 7 min walk to the best Mai tais on Maui (MonkeyPod). We had a great stay. ##### Kim S. This condo is a good alternative if you want to be in Wailea and are willing to walk for 15 minutes or drive and park near the beach. Pluses: location in Wailea. Two large bedrooms with king-size beds and attached bath. Minuses: the windows do not have glass. They are screens with wood shutters that you have to twist to open and close (3 per window). The downside is that bugs and noise come in 24/7\. The roosters crow at 5:30 am in January, and the road traffic and garbage trucks start early, as did the painters on our last full day! Plus, to let light in, you have to open the shutters. (And, the guy downstairs from us smoked, despite signs saying it was a non-smoking building.) It sounds minor and was fine for a vacation, but I would not buy a unit in Wailea Ekolu Village. Also, this condo has very old kitchen cupboards, some of which are peeling and warped. The kitchen needs a remodel, really. But as I said to start, if you value being in south Maui and want an affordable condo, this place works great! ##### Debra V.
