This open and inviting condo is what Maui getaways are made of! The relaxing living space is the perfect spot to unwind after a fun-filled day on Maui. Recently updated with brand-new curtains that add a fresh, cozy touch, this room features a comfortable sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV, and a cooling ceiling fan - everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything any home chef would need. Seating for 3 at the spacious kitchen island, and the lanai offers seating for 6 with an amazing view! This charming condo offers two bedrooms with portable AC and cozy queen beds. The primary bedroom offers an en suite bath that has been beautifully updated with a walk-in shower. The guest bath is located adjacent to both bedrooms. Washer/dryer allows for lighter packing. Maui Parkshore 408 is a great option for a small family or couples traveling together. Maui Parkshore is located in the heart of South Kihei and minutes from the Wailea resorts. There are a dozen restaurants within walking distance, and three of Maui's incredible beaches: Kamaole II, Kamaole III, and Keawakapu nearby. You'll find great snorkeling steps from Maui Parkshore. The property features a sparkling pool, an elevator, and one designated parking stall. Clean property and pool along with well-kept grounds. We appreciated the carts available to bring our bags up with. Kitchen was well stocked with most things we needed. Could us a pair of kitchen scissors however. The flooring inside the condo had some sort of coating on it that turned our socks and feet brown. Ruined a pair of socks because of it. Would recommend adding an additional chair in living space to add more comfortable seating. Lisa Sue the property manager on site was wonderful! She is very welcoming and a hard worker, as we saw her any time morning, noon or night working on keeping the public areas clean and well kept. She is wonderful! ##### Katie M. I saw this unit being renovated a few years back and it’s very nice. Views to the ocean are great. Air conditioners are nice in the bedrooms, however they are noisy. Using the fan is better. Wi-Fi works great as I needed it everyday for work. With the beach directly across the street, that is what we like. Not sure what the humming noise is you hear from the guest bedroom (seams to be an always on fan from the hall bathroom) as I heard it all the time. On our last night we noticed a few bugs in the living room area and upon searching from where they were coming from it was found in the corner where the cable wire was. We cleaned everything up and reported it the Rental company (CBI). I had inquired what they were but did not hear back from them. I would stay in this unit again ##### Jamie R. Der Schlauch für die heisse Abluft der Klimaanlage war im einen Schlafzimmer defekt. So blieb die heisse Luft im Zimmer und die AC war somit unbrauchbar. Allgemein ist das Kühlungsthema sehr schlecht gelöst. Die Klimaanlagen befinden sich im Schlafzimmer. Also wenn man nicht bei 30° schlafen möchte und die AC laufen lässt, hört es sich an als würde man neben einem Flughafen schlafen. Leider ist auch das Personal vor Ort sehr unfreundlich. Und auch auf Zwischenfragen per E-Mail im Voraus wurde nicht reagiert. Die Ferienstimmung kann getrübt werden aufgrund all der vielen Verbotstafeln und Schilder, welche an jedem zweiten Pfosten und an jeder Ecke montiert sind. Das schönste/beste an dieser Ferienwohnung ist die Lage und die perfekte Aussicht vom Balkon auf‘s wunderschöne Meer von Maui. ##### Dominik Luca H. Amenities are ok and its always good to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Beach chairs and sunshade are a great touch.
