This newly remodeled unit is located in South Kihei, which is on the southwest side of Maui, an easy drive to nearly all of Maui’s landmarks and outdoor activities. Kamaole II Beach is right across the street from the Resort and offers excellent swimming, snorkeling, white sand and gorgeous sunset views. Dining, shopping and golfing are just minutes away. This is one of the few units at the Maui Banyan with Air-Conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. The unit is located in the Maui Banyan G Building on the 4th floor and close to nightlife, shopping, dinning, public transport, golfing and Wailea. You will love this 1BR/1BA single level floor plan. Very clean and modern with all the essentials and a partial ocean view. My only complaint is that the condo overlooks the entrance to the parkade, and it’s just above the office so it’s always noisy, especially when the garbage truck comes early each morning.
