The unit is conveniently located on the lower level, and the lanai overlooks the pool area. This tiled unit features new split A/C system, a fully equipped kitchen with a full stove, new stainless dishwasher, new refrigerator, and tiled counter tops. It is nicely furnished and has Cable TV, and free long distance calling. The Smart TV is equipped with Smart Network technology, allowing you to log into your account with Netflix, Hulu Plus, YouTube, CinemaNow, etc., to stream movies. For those who need to stay in touch while on vacation, Kihei Bay Surf Studio #144 is equipped with complimentary high speed wireless service. The queen bed has a brand new pillow-top mattress and box spring. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. This unit is only available to book for a maximum of a 30 night stay. We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience. The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and can sleep from 2-3 people. In addition there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills and common laundry areas for your use. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops, restaurants and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei where guests return year after year. The amenities were extremely sparse for a 10 day stay, we didn’t get tissues and we only had two small rolls of toilet paper. Hardly any natural light and the room is loud, a fair amount of bugs. All of this would be acceptable for less money but it was over 200/night. And feels crazy to pay a high cleaning fee while being told to do all sorts of cleaning on checkout, when the place wasn’t clean when we arrived. ##### Jennifer C. This property was great for just my boyfriend and I. We didn’t need a ton of space between the two of us plus you don’t go to Maui to stay in side so it was perfect for what we needed. We took out the trash every day to avoid pest issues as we saw in previous posts so that seemed to keep them away for us. So many little amenities were included which was a nice little surprise that wasn’t mentioned in the original post. We loved that they had chairs and a cooler for us to use during our stay and we made the most out of using them. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. We loved the calmness of this side of the island and the fact that there was a beach just right across the street was great. The unit itself is right next to the pool and the complex management cleans the pool area every day at 7:30am until about 9:30am. The gardeners also start work at about that time. This made it almost impossible to have a quiet, enjoyable morning on the lanai ##### Teresa Séjour de 5 nuits en novembre 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Paul C., Aiea 19 oct. 2023 #### Nice Kihei location Overall, the location was good; near the start of Kihei as you move to Wailea. The unit itself was ok; the A/C was great, parking was a little tight, the bed was fine, and the water pressure in the shower was adequate. All in all, nothing negative except for the small pest issue. This may be more property than unit. Living on Oahu, I understand pest issues but, if I have to use my own money for pest control, then that's a detractor. Hopefully, they can get that resolved. ##### Paul C. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen: Sie liegt an der Hauptstraße und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Genau gegenüber über der Straße befindet sich ein schöner Strand.
