The condo was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The BBQ area in the garden was always spotless and ready to use. We loved the location, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, yet still peaceful and quiet. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the view from the condo was truly stunning. We’d definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Maui! ##### Andrea S. Complex was excellent, liked that parking was assigned. Location is close to shops and restaurants and across from the beach. Nice views from lanai, we even saw whales one morning. The condo is located in a great area because it's right across from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The location was perfect, right across from the beach, with views from our 6th floor lanai of both the sunrise over Haleakala and the sunset over the ocean! The condo is well-maintained and Kathy has provided all the comforts of home, including one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Our stay in C618 Akahi was comfortable and enjoyable. It is located in the midst of Kihei’s action. The unit was well equipped, the views are fabulous and the owner’s art work is lovely. This year the whales were abundant and did not disappoint. The grounds, pool and BQ areas are kept in immaculate conditions. The staff in the office were friendly and approachable. The unit is exactly as depicted in the photos. It is quiet, it has a beautiful view of the property grounds & the ocean from the balcony. You will get a wonderful cross breeze thru the unit during the trade-winds. It has elevator access, a convenient rubbish chute, and is close to both pool & barbecue areas. The unit is located across the street from Kam II beach, a short walk to restaurants, shopping, general, & grocery stores. It's furnished with beach amenities (chairs, coolers, snorkel gear) for your use. This is truly a perfect rental for singles, couples, or a small family. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Peter K.
