This beautiful interior is 655 square ft and the lanai is 68 square feet. The total square footage is 723\. This lovely condo is decorated in a tropical island theme and tile floors throughout. Split AC units in the master bedroom and living room, two (2) ceiling fans (1 in the living room & 1 in the bedroom). A FREE secured 5G speed (400 Mb/s) Wi-Fi Internet. Free local cable TV and DVD player. There is no telephone inside the condo! This home sleeps 2 guests maximum. Master bedroom has comfortable King size mattress and a ceilng fan. Walk-in shower. So happened that our rental didn't have a luggage cover, so we couldn't leave it unattended. The property manager refused to let us in before 4pm. When we were entering the property we found a tag from the exterminators with a time stamp at 1:30\. Clearly, the unit was available at that time or earlier.
