Air conditioning was broken the entire time we were here, which made sleeping and spending time in the condo unpleasant. They tried everything they could to fix it, but it was a warm 6 days. They did give us a small refund and worked with us after the tsunami evac to let us check out late, which we appreciated. Very kind and responsive company to work with; we will rent from them again. This unit was affordable and clean. It felt like a home away from home. We loved staying here for 10 days with our family. Our kids loved the loft. The best part was that this unit provided beach towels beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, and wagon so we didn't have to rent any of that stuff.
