The X01 units in this complex (aka 301, etc) are on the east side of the building, the most distant from the ocean, and closest to the parking lot of the adjacent building to the south, the 1 story laundry facility below, and closest to Kihei Rd. It sits inbetween Kam Beach 1 and 2, so you are steps away from amazing kid friendly beaches. The pool is a good size and was warm when we were there. Across the street is the natural food market, where we go every trip to Maui, almost every day. Tons of places to eat and shop within 5 min walk. We have stayed in Kihei many times, and this is by far the best location we have had. The condo was overall great. Some of the pans in the kitchen could be replaced, and the one bedroom doesn't have black out blinds so it's very bright very early. Not the best for kids. But the view is incredible, good size patio, the kitchen is small but functional. Great to have two bathrooms. Communication with the rental company was awesome. They always responded right away and they were so helpful. Honestly good customer service goes a long way. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! ##### Emily A.
