COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows: • REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold. • CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions: o Credits shall not expire o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply 2\. We couldn’t be happier with our accommodations. The condo was spacious, clean and nicely maintained. It was perfect for our group of eight.We were amazed the kitchen was so well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The onsite barbecue was a nice feature. The table on the lanai was large enough for all of us to fit comfortably and have a nice meal together. The view of the ocean and the amenities were also nice. You are not allowed to leave any food (in the past homes we’ve rented allowed us to let housekeeping keep or discard food items) fortunately I was able to give our food items away. The house was well stocked. Property management was quick to address an issue with air conditioning and easy to deal with. We would walk to the beach every morning for a walk along the promenade in front of the resorts. When we wanted to play at the beach, we drove down to the public beach between the Four Seasons and the Grand Wailea. Parking was not a problem. The condo had beach towels and beach chairs. The family loved, loved, loved the pool, which was a very short walk from the condo. We did visit Costco in Kahului and the Safeway in Kihei, but the market at the Shops of Wailea was just a short walk from the condo and extremely convenient. ##### Holly B. Property is at a great location and has great views of the ocean and sunset. The kitchen is well-equipped. We were grateful for the pool/beach extras - floats, boogie boards, noodles. All of the beds were very comfortable with nice linens. We appreciated having cable TV to watch football and World Cup matches. The grill was nice. The house is very clean. Great location within walking distance of everything in Wailea. Kitchen needs more forks and kitchen bowls. Some of the bathroom fixtures need to be repaired or replaced. Constant noise in the walls in the larger master bedroom was odd but the noise machine fixed the problem. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the boogie boards and chairs in the garage.
