Extremely responsive and less expensive than most. This unit has a large enclosed grassy area off the patio, which makes it ideal for small children to play in when they are not at the beach or the pools. Since you can drive down to the main pool area and the beach with all your kid's toys and beach accessories, and probably will want to, the fact that it is in the upper end of the resort is not a problem. ##### GEORGE S.
