What are you waiting for? This upgraded oceanfront condo rests on the shores of Maui's Sugar Beach in Kihei, Maui. Enjoy your next vacation steps from the ocean and relax on your private lanai at Sugar Beach Resort while you take in the stunning ocean views.

This one bedroom, one bath 2nd floor unit features a brand new plush King size bed for a restorative sleep. This condo is conveniently stocked with all the conveniences you should be able to expect from a vacation home including programmable a/c, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, complimentary wifi, and many other amenities.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private lanai as you watch the Kihei Canoe Club paddle their outriggers on the calm morning waters. You'll hear the ocean waves on the beach as you see the morning light grow. Imagine having your sunset cocktail looking out at the ocean from the comfort of your own island oasis. It's perfect to watch the sunset at the end of the day then go down to the grill to cook out, cook in full sized stove/oven, or go out for a night to remember. Whether you like to eat in or bring leftovers back, you have a full sized fridge along with dishes and cutlery to use as needed.

Sugar Beach Resort sits on the edge of the soft sandy beaches of Sugar Beach. On-property amenities include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, Dina's Sandwitch restaurant, vacation planning center with equipment rentals and shops. Just a short walk down the road guests can find amazing island grown fresh fruits and vegetables at the local farmers market. You can also walk to the Kealia Pond National Animal Refuge just a five minute walk up the beach.

It's a great place to come and unplug and enjoy all that the island has to offer. But should you need to send off some emails or want to make sure you catch your favorite show, not to worry, we have you covered with free wifi and complimentary cable featuring a brand new 50" smart TV.

Une merveille

Très bel endroit pour relaxer après une journée d’excursion sur l’´ile. La vue sur l’océan est magnifique, la plage est à quelques pas, le condo est très bien équipé , confortable et très bien situé. On ne peut demander mieux. Je suis très triste de quitter cet endroit.

Loved our Stay at Sugar Beach Resort

My husband and I stayed at Sugar Beach Resort for 9 nights in October 2024. The condo was excellent. Clean, well stocked, fantastic view of the ocean/beach and the bed was really comfortable. The only item that we wished was available at the condo was a beach umbrella. We had a couple of minor issues at the condo and Theresa, the agent of the condo owner, was easy to reach and very helpful. I'd definitely recommend Sugar Beach Resort and this particular condo.

Maui at its best. .

Beautiful view. Clean well appointed unit in a big condo building. Nice pool and BBQ area. 10 min drive to town. Lovely grounds. Complex is a little older but fairly well maintained. I will stay in this unit again. Owner and local manager were very responsive and lovely. Mahalo.

Beautiful Place! Beautiful View!

We could not be more happier with our stay! Our condo was beautiful. It had all the amenities and the view was gorgeous! The resort was so nice. Location was perfect! Great location and comfortable stay in Kihei!

We spent 3 nights at Sugarbush on Maui. The location was great, central to so many other cool parts of the island. And the views were amazing. Staying at the beginning of the whale season was so much fun watching for their spouts out in the water. The management was great and made our stay very comfortable. Would stay again for sure!

Wonderful stay (again)

This property is just lovely. It is well decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved our daily walks on the beach (right in front of the apartment), swims in the calm water and sunning ourselves on the lanai. We left rested and rejuvenated. We had one issue with the internet going down and were able to get help and resolution within a very short time. We hope to be back over and over again.

Great location

My husband and I were visiting Hawaii for the first time. We chose this condo on Sugar Beach and were very happy with the location and the condo itself. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was well stocked. It was nice having the washer and dryer in the condo, and the airport was only 15 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful morning beach walks

We stayed a week with our teenage son. The space was perfect for us. Close to all of our activities. Unsurpassed views for morning coffee and evening drinks. We enjoyed our walks along Sugar Beach - the longest stretch of beach on Maui. Theresa was very attentive. Picked up an evening call to assist with electronics. Nice to have beach rentals and market just steps away. We’d return!

Great location and condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great with a great view of the ocean. The bakery, shave ice, and ABC store are walking distance. The beach is very shallow, but we aren't much for beaches anyways. The bed was very comfortable. My husbands only complaint was that the cookware was old and worn. He didn't feel comfortable cooking eggs on the pans that were there as the Teflon was coming off.

There needs to be more work done to the bathroom. The vent for the dryer is above the shower so it’s not as clean as you’d like. For that price per night it should be pretty spiffy. Something makes noise 24/7 in the kitchen area so it’s hard to sleep on the couch. We still enjoyed ourselves but thought it was overpriced. Lots of noise in the mornings very early between traffic and mowing.

Great apartment with direct oceanfront view that can't be beat. Property was well stocked and had everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels. Quiet and well designed complex that feels private on Lanai. Although power was out the first night we arrived and into part of the next day from the storms, check in was still easy and we would not hesitate to book again. Really enjoyed our stay.
