The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful white counters, plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. As you settle into the living area, you can relax to the soothing sound of the ocean. There is a large sectional with plenty of seating for the whole family. Enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. There is a dining area with seating for four and an eat-up bar for additional seating. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow for seamless indoor/outdoor enjoyment. The private grand lanai offers plenty of space to enjoy your favorite beverage and lounge. Gaze off at the mesmerizing views of Molokini, Kaho'olawe, and the West Maui mountains. Your primary bedroom offers gorgeous ocean views and access to the private lanai. There is a king bed with luxurious linens, flat screen TV, and ensuite bath. The primary bath offers a nice vanity area, walk-in tiled shower, and plenty of closet space. Your guest bedroom is beautifully decorated, with two queen beds, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. The guest bath is located conveniently just off the guest bedroom. Full-size washer and dryer allow for lighter packing. Central AC throughout makes this condo comfortable all year round. The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy. Starting December 1st, when you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59 pm. While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. Unit was clean and fully stocked with everything you need. Only thing we had to rent from the property manager was beach umbrellas ($4/each/day). Bed was comfortable. Shower was fully stocked with liquids. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and glasses. Coffee pot was a drip with a k-cup converter. Bag of coffee supplied as well as snacks. No issues. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to include pantry staples, snacks, beach chairs, and towels for the beach and pool. The unit was clean and the view was incredible. We will be booking with Polo Bech and Coldwell Rentals for our future stay. The only feedback I have to offer is a booklet with some instructions on how to work some of the things in the unit like the shades. It wasn’t difficult to figure out but written instructions along with printed instructions for check-out would be wonderful. Also, a bathroom located near the pool area would also be a positive improvement suggestion for Polo Beach. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations. ##### Maria B. This place was everything the pictures showed. Yes the wind does whistle through the door, but not too often. The beach was amazing!!! Something for everyone, it was super easy to get to, the kids could boogie board sometimes, snorkel other times and just bob when it was super calm. My husband got stung by a jellyfish out front and the condo had vinegar in the pantry which was Super helpful!! This place was fully stocked, appliances were nice. The property and common areas are spotless and well maintained. The unit itself has everything you need - beach chairs, a cooler, etc. unit has great layout and the electronics work well. The only complaints. Unit needs just a little minor maintenance. Towel bar in master fell off the wall with first use. Screen door to exterior off the tracks to deck and we found many of the plates, cookware and glassware were less than clean. Stayed here for 10 nights. beautifully maintained condo with spectacular large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean, facing west for beautiful sunsets. unobstructed views right on the beach. although it is a public beach, it seems very nearly private. never got too busy during our entire stay. sandy beach and smooth sandy ocean floor, not rocky like many beaches in hawaii. pleasant waves - not too rough. easy walk to neighboring resorts (fairmont, four seasons, grand wailea) for fine restaurant meals or evening cocktails, though the kitchen is well equipped - including blender for sunset frozen cocktails! - for dinner at "home". very comfortable and pleasant. I also would like to commend the management company (Coldwell Bankers Island Vacations). We had an unexpected issue during our stay and they were very accommodating. it was addressed very well to our satisfaction. Thanks! would definitely return on another trip to maui! ##### daniel W. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 805 Polo Beach is perfect for a beach side vacation. This two bedroom condo is comfortable for two couples or a family of four. The kitchen is fully stocked and the lani large enough for dining outside. The outside grill makes the perfect steak. A coffee maker, coffee beans and filters are provided, but you'll need to bring things like olive oil, spices and aluminum foil. The beach chairs and boogie board are a plus. My only complaint is the wind whistles through the sliding doors when they're closed but we had them open most the time so it wasn't an issue. It also looks down on a fairly busy beach so you will get noise from kids and dogs playing in the water. That said, it was a peaceful location, with beautiful grounds and all the amenities needed. ##### Tahnee P. There is no better value on the island for the location and amenities available. Reviewer Comments: I have rented multiple units at Polo Beach Club, the location in my opinion is the best on the island. I have rented 805 many years ago. The view is amazing. The unit was clean, and well equipped. The unit needs updating, also needs a new mattress in the master bedroom. We asked for a late check out since our flight didn't leave until 7pm. We were given a free 1 hour late check out, but to stay until 2pm they wanted $700.00\. I can see $350, but $700 is a little too much. We used the free hour to clean, take out trash, wipe down all surfaces, and do laundry. So not much for the cleaning crew to finish.
