The entire property is beautiful. It is well maintained and landscaped. Our unit was on the 4th floor. Two levels with 2 bathrooms, balcony with a view of the ocean and grounds. Although the property is not new, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything that the three of us needed. We were able to do some cooking, relax, and enjoy the location. The area is safe and has many restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, shops, beach parks. Maui has many interesting places to visit and explore. The property was clean and boasted a beautiful view of the ocean and Molokini crater. However, it's an older condo, so don't expect anything fancy. One major drawback was the climate control. The three window air conditioning units are on timers, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable, which impacted my overall experience. On a positive note, the check-in process was smooth, and communication with the property managers was efficient. Nice to have a sitting area for the kids to hang out. We didn't use the pool as it was pretty small and the light didn't work for evening swims.
