The condo has everything you need, plus it offers an incredible view of the ocean. The beach is right across the street. Chris the property manager was a stand up guy, real helpful in anything we needed, and a joy to chat with.Everything was clean and organized. The owner reached out to me when we arrived and welcomed us kindly over text giving us recommendations for our stay and offering help and contact if we needed anything. The location is perfect, away from the busier parts of town, yet close enough that anything is in reach in Kihei or the rest of the island. We loved being able to enjoy coffee on the balcony or across the street at the water. The beach itself was not crowded and we were surprised to see turtles swimming too. The unit was clean had everything we needed to make a few meals rather than eating out. It was convenient to have a cooler and chairs to use at the beach and the washer and dryer to wash clothes. We were 3 adults for an 11-night stay and were thrilled with this accommodation. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view and beach are just as shown in the pictures. Fantastic for beach walking; I could easily make this a one and half hour morning routine. The pool, barbeques and complex are great and well maintained. Chris, the onsite manager was always helpful and friendly. There is traffic noise but it didn't bother us. We stayed at this unit early October, it was not clean. The washroom was grimy, most of the fixtures rusted. The unit was dusty, as an example, our bedside seashell lamps were caked with thick with dust, it was just shocking. The unit didn’t feel spacious as their photos showed. I did reach out to the owner and they were immediately defensive. So I just sent pictures of the dust so they can notify their own cleaners for before the next guest. The air conditioner kept tripping and then stopped working but to their credit, they did send someone to fix it. The complex manager, whose not affiliated with this unit, he was the one on site that worked there was very nice and helpful. Our friends stayed in another unit in the same complex and theirs was renovated and very clean, completely opposite to ours. The location is good, right by the water, close drive to amenities.
