As you enter 39-3, be in awe at the impressive art pieces tastefully placed throughout the villa. Be drawn into the gloriously decorated great room and flow seamlessly out to the lanai via the grand push back, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. Your private patio is complete with large dining table, chaise loungers and outdoor kitchen with Wolf gas grill and Sub Zero mini fridge. Enjoy the ultimate indoor/outdoor experience and be mesmerized by views of the Pacific. While dining al fresco on the lanai or if enjoying meals at the stately formal dining table, it is hard to miss the captivating Maui sunsets. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art brands and every utensil a chef could dream of to prepare a five-star meal. Beautiful cabinetry, stone counters and large breakfast bar with additional seating for six PLUS views of the ocean complete this spectacular kitchen. Each of the 3 luxurious bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. The guest room, located on the main level, has two queen beds with sleeping for up to four and has a TV and DVD player. The two Primary suites are located on the lower level along with the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Both suites offer king size beds with plush linens and share the lower level ocean view lanai that is perfect for morning coffee. The larger Primary suite offers a peaceful spa-like sanctuary with huge soaking tub, separate large stone shower and massive dual vanity. A perfectly serene atmosphere to recharge after a day of adventuring. Heavenly is the best word to describe the 2nd Primary. With the drapes drawn and sliders open, the room is bright and airy and full of natural light and ocean breezes. The plush four poster canopy bed drapes you in flowy fabrics and has enough pillows to make you feel like you are sleeping in a cloud. Ho’olei is just moments from Wailea beach, voted one of the top beaches in the world. This amazing beach has numerous activities such as paddle boarding, snorkeling, sea kayaking, swimming, boogie boarding and relaxing on the beautiful shore. During the winter months, Humpback whales can be easily seen from Wailea beach. There is a breathtaking oceanside walking/running trail that spans 1.8 miles one way. There is ample seating along with a fitness center. Located just moments from dining and shopping at 3 resorts as well as The Shops at Wailea. You may dine at any of the resort restaurants as well as set up spa appointments, but please note that hotel pool access at the adjacent resorts is not included with your reservation. Ho’olei offers a stunning large resort-style pool complete with water falls, a sandy artificial beach for kids and 2 hot tubs. Also provided is 24 hour on-site security and gated access. Really one of the best places to stay in Ho'olei. The view from the Lanai is incredible and the place comes with 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and plenty of beach towels great for going to any beach. The pool area in the community is great with a gym and two big jacuzzis and waterfalls. The only thing I would improve is the downstairs bedroom's bathroom's water pressure and shower. We took our kids to Hawaii for the first time which was deemed the best vacation ever. This condo was perfect! Perfect location, perfect set-up and allowed us to relax and enjoy a beautiful space with excellent amenities. Communication with the agency was easy and responsive. There were a couple of items that needed to be fixed which were addressed immediately. Our only complaint was getting fresh towels which housekeeping didn't leave with each cleaning in the master bath but we got new ones with request. (just the request shouldn't have to have been made since we paid extra for cleanings during our stay). The condo came with everything we needed during our stay and the washing/drying machines are full size which was nice for cleaning towels every day as we used the ones provided. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again in the future without hesitation! ##### Laura R. It was our second time staying at Ho-olei Resort. The condo was nice and spacious and offered all of the amenities. We love the views and the pool area the best! The main floor bedroom for two adults was quite small, difficult to maneuver into bed and use small chest in bedroom. Chest in closet was extremely difficult to even get to. Our family consisted of 6 adults (couples) and a 5 year old. Each family had their own room with en-suite bathroom providing personal space. The lanai provided gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. Kitchen was large and accommodated everyone while cooking. Every amenity we needed was available. What a wonderful place to celebrate our 40th Anniversary with our children and grandchild! The home is beautiful and has gorgeous views from both upstairs and downstairs. The location is a fairly easy walk to the pool and a short drive to many beautiful beaches. It was sparkling clean and well equipped with everything one would need. Our family of seven (2 adults, 3 teenagers, 2 smaller kiddos) stayed here for a week and we couldn’t have asked for more. The location isn’t a far walk from the resort style pool which we used almost every day. The ocean and a nice beach is also not a far walk (through the Grand Wailea resort). As far as the condo is concerned, this place may have been too nice :). There’s plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and then some. The dining room area was not used because of the massive lanai. We ate most of our meals outside so we could enjoy the view. The outside grill was also a nice touch. We utilized all the beds that were offered and I didn’t hear any complaints. It was also nice that each bedroom had a full bathroom attached. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The refrigerator was also large so it should be able to handle your Costco purchases. I had a couple of questions for the property owners and they were very helpful and quick with the answers. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families. ##### Ty J. The Ho’olei Villas are the perfect location to everything. The Villa has amazing views!! We enjoyed dinner on the lanai many nights. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, fully stocked, soft towels, comfy beds and even beach toys for the kiddos. The master bathroom is everything!!
