Walk to everything! The convenient ground-floor location means you can literally walk out the door and be at the pool or beach in just a few steps. The best part of the location is that it is right across the street from two of South Maui's most breathtaking beaches, Charley Young Beach and Kamaolé Beach Park 1\. Awesome dining options (restaurants & food trucks) are just steps away. Grocery & convenience stores (including ABC store) are also just steps away. There are also lots of other activities close by, including surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, golfing, pickleball, and tennis. Convenient condo complex amenities! The pool is just a few steps out of the lanai. BBQs and tables and chairs in the pool area are perfect for enjoying a poolside family meal. During July-September, the pool is closed, but guests can enjoy free pool access at Kihei Aquatic Center. Condo interior Cool and spacious open floor plan & tile flooring throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. In-unit washer/dryer. New living room & dining room furniture. Smart TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, etc. Wifi and high-speed internet. Master bedroom with a king-size bed, full-size dressers, plenty of closet space, AC, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, AC, and an adjacent bathroom. New convertible sleeper sectional in the living room. Amazing parking spots! One of our parking spots is right outside the unit so you don't have to worry about lugging luggage and groceries a long distance. No need to worry about stairs or waiting for elevators. Firstly, the location of this condo is perfect. Easy walk to a great beach, walkable to shops and restaurants, ample parking included, and nice pool/BBQ area.I would not recommend this particular unit. The furniture is quite dated and not in the best condition. As, is much of the kitchen items in the home. I don’t mind dated, but only if it is in nice, clean condition. The kitchen area is incredibly cramped with the laundry area. The main floor is handy access, but be prepared for a bit more noise and less privacy, the curtains were not equipped to block light. We did run into a few issues, with the showers, the host was responsive and ensured maintenance addressed right away. Maui is simply beautiful! If you are lucky enough to travel here, you won’t be disappointed. ##### Kaitlyn S.
