The ocean view was beautiful as advertised. Only concern we had was all the rules & cleanup required. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the awesome food trucks. The property was a good size with everything we needed for our family. The negatives about the unit were the beds and the air conditioning unit in the main living area. We found it to be extremely loud and it was very hard to be outside on the deck or inside when running. Also, it was unusual for the 2nd bedroom in the back to be a king size while the main bedroom was a queen. The king size bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable and the room was extremely warm and never could get cooled down even with the doors open and air conditioner running The unit was a little outdated, but it met our needs. The pool was a good spot when we didn’t want to go to the beach, although it could have been larger. Only a couple families could be in the pool at one time. And the view wasn’t the best, the fence was an eye sore and powerlines weren’t great to look at. But overall, we enjoyed our stay at Island Surf. ##### Sara W. Condo is very large and stocked with anything you could need. Great location, within walking distance of lots of restaurants, food trucks & shops.
