Across the street from the Villas is The Shops at Wailea where you will find luxury shopping and fine dining as well as the luxury hotel properties linked by a scenic pedestrian beachwalk.

Step inside this beautifully remodeled one bedroom, two bath villa. The style is beach house chic, beautifully comfortable and casual and not a bit too fussy. The villa has colorful accents, organic elements of shells, driftwood and seagrass. As our guest, you are coming for the sea, beach and relaxed Maui lifestyle and we wish to provide warmest aloha, beauty and comfort during your stay.

This villa is unique in the complex as it is nestled in a very quiet/secluded area. When you are relaxing inside and outside on the lanai, you will not be aware that you are living in a complex of people. The unit is perched on a hillside of the Wailea Blue Golf Course which affords a sweet ocean view. Among the upscale finishes, the condo comes complete with 55" smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom and is one of only a handful of condos to install whisper quiet central A/C.

The property is more beautiful in person than in the listing photos. You couldn’t ask for a better location, when you wake up in the morning you’re greeted by a quiet golf course, and it stays quite all daylong. The location is prime and within walking and driving distance of multiple different beaches, resorts, shopping and restaurants. The owners make everything easy from check in to communication. The property owner responded quickly to the two inquiries we had, one before check in and one during our stay. We will be back in the near future. We just found our favorite spot in Hawaii!’

We are so pleased to give this condo and its host the highest rating. The condo location is walkable to excellent coffee, shopping, restaurants and a upscale grocery market. It is in a very quiet and relaxing area of the complex, we enjoyed watching the sunset on the lanai. All the little things that matter like comfy pillows, great water pressure and a spacious and clean environment were on point. Hope to return - Aloha.

While I would love to keep this property my little secret, that wouldn’t be fair. Absolutely excellent property, quality, cleanliness, communication and location. Our stay was perfect - property was just as described! Quiet, easy drive everywhere, & super clean - we were very comfortable. Bonus things that we were super happy with: beach chairs and umbrella available for use as well as laundry and reserved parking. Surrounding area is beautiful. Thus is a fantastic property, right on the golf course and with a lovely ocean view from the patio. It is tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and has everything you need. There is even a guest bathroom in addition to the one in the master suite. See if you can find that in a hotel!

A comfortable location and stay. Very easy check-in and the host is great. The unit is on the first floor, if that matters to you. This could of have been made clearer in the description but the unit is as pictured and overall it is very comfortable and a great stay.

First of all, the owner Jessica is amazing - so responsive and caring. She is really one of the best hosts we’ve encountered. The unit is super clean, comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms which is a great plus and the view from the lanai is lovely. It’s nice being on this side - much quieter than the other areas of the same property. Book it!

Absolute beautiful condo. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, we also go to see the full moon setting which was incredible. I have never seen it before.Clean , well stocked,on the golf course, walking distance to Wailea beach resort (Luau dinner) . Great restaurants walking distance. When we 1st looked on vrbo to this condo I thought the painting colors were to crazy, but not at all, colors are very pleasant.Host extremely friendly and responsive.

Walking distance to snorkeling beaches, shopping, the beach walk, and golf. The area offers everything one goes to Maui for: beautiful beaches, great food, world-class hotels, perfect golf courses, and welcoming locals. The unit is located at the top of the complex facing a green. The complex itself is quite private, being located between the golf course and the tennis club. We would gladly rent this property again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect. The unit was clean and well stocked. The beach decor was welcoming and looks just like it shows in the photos. The view from the patio was incredible. We watched every sunset from there. We love this location. The hosts were amazing! Very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back.
