I stayed at the Kihei Bay Surf b212\. I had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was very convenient and close to the main street for easy Uber pick up access. The bathroom was very clean. The air condition worked well along with the fans that were provided. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but I did look at it and it looked really nice. The one feature that I did like was that there was a pür water purifier attachment to the kitchen sink which was very helpful. I recommend going to this place definitely. Super small condo, living room and bedroom are the same room. Overall I would rate this place 3 stars. When we entered the room we saw that the internet did not work. So we call the Maui Rental Group and they were very unhelpful could not care less about a us. They said the would make a work order and did nothing else. We called the next day and they were mean and argumentative and still did not fix a simple thing. For the whole trip we would call once or twice every day, but no fix. So on my birthday in Maui I had to call the internet provider myself, talk to there support, schedule someone to fix it and they had to come out on my birthday instead of me out in Maui enjoying my birthday. In our case, we each had one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth each for a six day stay. W hen I inquired I was told I could go to the laundromat (the self-laundry room at the property was closed for repairs) down the street and wash the towels myself. No way should I be expected spend my vacation time and money to wash their towels! I re-read the description and policies of the property and there is no mention of this very poor policy. On the other hand, the condo was sufficient for our stay. Comfortable for a couple or a small family. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Property was quiet. As indicated in policy no maid service but with the supplies provided, we took 10 minutes each morning to make the bed and clean up a bit. Pool, spa, barbeque area, tennis courts, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after the beach. Location is across the street from a beach park, turtle pond and whale museum.
