### Views and location, great villa in Turtle Point

This modern Turtle Point villa in the East Beach area offers an expansive deck with stunning views of the lagoon and Kiawah’s Turtle Point Golf Course. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is only a short walk to the beach and close to the island’s top attractions.  
  
This villa features an open layout with lots of natural light from the expansive windows and sliding glass doors. The living area features a large sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV, and easy access to the private outdoor deck. Just off the living area is the designated dining space with seating to accommodate six and an additional sitting area perfect for morning coffee with lagoon views through the surrounding windows.  
  
The spacious living and dining area opens to the kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances, high-end finishes across the countertops and cabinets, as well as bar seating for three. Through the hall sits a laundry closet with a high-end washer and dryer.  
  
The first bedroom features a king-size bed, upscale modern furnishings, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, plenty of storage space, and a full attached bathroom with a glass shower.

This Turtle Point rental condo offers the ultimate in golf course living on the 17th and 18th fairways of the Turtle Point Golf Course in East Beach. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. East Beach offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Kiawah’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches and a central hub of activity for the whole family with a relaxed, social atmosphere.  
  
You’re within walking or biking distance to Kiawah Island’s top activities. Enjoy family-friendly activities and island celebrations at Night Heron Park, shopping and dining at The Sanctuary Hotel, award-winning tennis at the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and world-class golf at Turtle Point Golf Course. A day trip to historic Charleston is a must during your stay on Kiawah Island, only a 40-minute scenic drive away from your Kiawah Exclusives vacation rental.  
  
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.  
  
Historic Charleston is only a 30 minute drive from the villa where you can have a carriage ride, visit boutique shops, walk through the open market, and enjoy dining in numerous restaurants located in the city.
