The pros are that it is within biking distance to the beach, it seems very private, and it's newer, so it doesn't have the wear and tear of a typical rental. The cons are that, even though there is a bathroom in every bedroom, the counter space/storage for the vanities are little to none, unless you are in the master. The other negative is that there is only one main living area, so there is nowhere to go if you wanted another space to separate from others in the home. The house is truly lovely though, and we would stay there again. The pool and outdoor area is relaxing and the perfect place to gather at the end of the day. The finishes and decor are very well thought out, so it feels like a home away from home. Thanks so much for opening your gorgeous new home for other families to enjoy. ##### Kristin P.
